All in-stock orders are shipped immediately.  If you have selected an item out-of-stock, a rush order will be put in immediately for your item(s) and every effort will be made to deliver your gear as fast as possible. 

Custom Orders and Special Orders
Custom orders generally take 6-8 weeks to ship to Titan.  (Special Orders, ie, custom belts, BOSS suits/briefs, 2-ply take approx 3-4 weeks.) Please allot for the delivery time when ordering new custom gear and planning your next meets.  Any Custom Gear made to your specifications, sample a 50 chest/52 sleeves is not guaranteed for for fit by Titan, therefore is not returnable or exchangeable.  Custom orders made based on your measurements will be guaranteed by Titan.  Please supply your accurate measurements when ordering custom gear, Titans fits are true to your actual measurements and we do not suggest reducing your measurements in any way to produce a tighter fit shirt or suit.

10 Year bar guarantee.  Guaranteed against bending, cracking or breaking under any load during normal use and/or competition.  Guarantee is void if dropped on safety racks or power rack/cage or if end caps are open or removed.

Returns & Exchanges:
Purchases made on PLGearOnline are gladly exchanged or refunded up to 30-days of purchase date. Cash refunds are subject to a per item restocking fee of 20% or $25, whichever is greater (shipping excluded). Gear must be clean, free of chalk, body odor, not damaged or altered and MUST be with original packaging.  Purchaser is responsible for paying the shipping costs for the replacement gear ($5.99 USPS shipping). Any gear returned that is not clean, has body order, etc will be subject to a $10.00 fee. If you need information how to safely wash your gear before returning, please e-mail me.

Shipping
Gear will be sent out same day via USPS Priority Mail, Monday - Saturday. Belts and Shoes are shipped via UPS Ground.  If there is any delay in shipping, ie, owner has traveled to a competition, a message will be posted on the homepage noting the delay of shipping.  PLGearOnline is not responsible for delayed delivery by carrier, although every effort will be made to help get you your gear on time.

A Tracking number will automatically be generated when your purchase is shipped.

If you need your gear rushed, please select your choice of shipping, these are added to your order at checkout.  Overnight or 2-day Service orders made after 9am EST may not be shipped same day. Please be aware that there are cut off pickup times for Overnight and 2-day services which would make it impossible to get your order to you by the next business day. Overnight and 2-day service do not guarantee Saturday or Sunday delivery. Customer signature is required for Overnight and 2-Day packages.  Thank you.
